Our labels usually ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive via USPS within 3-10 days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. |

What happens if my labels are printed incorrectly? |
|
We work very hard to ensure that our labels are printed to the exact specifications of our customers. If we have made a mistake on an order, we will replace the order at no additional cost to the customer. |

Do you provide tracking information for my shipment? |
|
To reduce shipping costs, most orders are shipped via standard USPS methods and are not tracked. Larger orders and expedited orders are shipped via methods that offer tracking numbers. |

Do you sell roll labels? |

No, we do not sell roll labels. Our customers have told us they prefer the larger labels, both for ease in reading and flexibility with images. |

We are not set up at this time to handle multiple vendors. Please check back with us at a later date. A Multiple Vendor store is one that we are looking at starting in the future. |

Can I mix and match images and fonts on my labels? |
|
You can select one image for an entire sheet or select variety for a mix of images within a category (eg Tropical Flowers). The text color and font will remain the same for the entire sheet.
